What your donations do

A one-off donation of:

  • £19 could pay for a volunteer to visit a person in detention
  • £39 could pay for an interpreter for one hour
  • £84 could fund a workshop in a detention centre or prison
  • £106 could pay for a person with lived experience to attend a meeting in Parliament

A monthly Direct Debit payment of:

  • £5 could help keep our phone lines open
  • £10 could help train new volunteers to provide expert support
  • £20 could help us campaign to end indefinite detention
  • £50 could help to produce vital new research on detention

With the help of our supporters we’ve achieved so much, including:

  • Challenging the Rwanda removals plan through our landmark legal challenge
  • Exposing the overcrowded Manston holding facility
  • Bringing legal action to end the dangerous Detained Fast Track system
  • Supporting thousands of people trapped in immigration detention centres
  • Securing the release of hundreds of people unjustly detained during the COVID-19 pandemic

With your help, we can support even more people in detention, keep more families together and campaign for a just and fair immigration system.
